Five areas. One connected mission.

Each focus area reinforces the others — stronger personal skills support better employment and enterprise, and resilient households support stronger, more self-reliant communities.

Self-Reliance & Personal Development

We help individuals build the knowledge, confidence, and practical capabilities needed to make informed decisions and become more self-reliant, through financial literacy, personal financial management, goal setting, decision-making, and practical life skills.

Employment & Skills Development

We support young people and vulnerable adults to acquire the technical, vocational, and employability skills required to access decent and sustainable employment, alongside guidance and mentoring to translate skills into income.

Enterprise Development & Entrepreneurship

We support individuals who want to start, strengthen, or grow small businesses, combining practical business knowledge with coaching, mentoring, and market opportunities to help entrepreneurs build viable, sustainable enterprises.

Household Financial Resilience & Livelihoods

We work with households to strengthen their ability to manage financial pressures, diversify income, and build more secure livelihoods, helping families move from short-term coping towards sustainable income generation.

Humanitarian & Community Support

We work with communities to identify priority needs and support locally relevant responses, using participatory approaches that involve community members in setting priorities, from clean water and sanitation to community wellbeing initiatives.

Our Approach

People-centred, practical, and built on self-reliance.

We do not view poverty simply as a lack of income. Sustainable progress requires people to have the skills, knowledge, confidence, opportunities, and supportive systems needed to improve their own circumstances.

Build Skills → Strengthen Livelihoods → Improve Financial Resilience → Create Opportunities → Promote Self-Reliance

We work with young people, women, vulnerable adults, small-scale entrepreneurs, households, and underserved communities, adapting our interventions to their specific needs and local context.

Our Goal

Contributing to SDG 1 — No Poverty

Our overarching goal is to help individuals, households, and communities build sustainable livelihoods, strengthen resilience, and achieve greater levels of self-reliance and economic independence.
